The namesake of our company, Silver Needle was once reserved for emperor and dignitaries of the court and worth its weight in gold. A rare and highly prized tea today, it’s harvest once a year in the spring season and only the bud of each tea tree is plucked and it must be done by hand to produce the finest Silver Needles. After careful searching and selection based on terroir, craftsmanship and the ultimate taste of the tea we have bring you the finest Silver Needle Tea - sourced directly from a small tea estate situated on high plateaus in Fuding, China.

Steeping Instructions:
Quantity: 2 tablespoon per 6 ounces
Water Temperature: 175-185F
Steeping Time: First three infusions 1.5 minute, subsequent infusions about 2 minutes
Infusions: 3

Tea connoisseurs often first clean tea leaves of dust and particles by steeping it in the suggested temperature for no more than 30 seconds and discarding the rinse water.
